If
you have a regular tournament that uses the same format each
time, you'll want to save it as a Template. Once
a tournament is defined with events and brackets, you will
see a Save as Template form in the Tournaments
Editor page:

This saves
a snapshot of the current tournament structure (everything
but the player names and match results) making it easy to
add future tournaments with the same layout. Once a template
has been saved, you'll see the Add From Template form
on the Tournament List page:

The next time you
want to add a similar tournament, just fill in the date and
click the Use Selected Template button. A new tournament will
be created that has the events, brackets, default match lengths,
level, etc., already set. All you need to do is add the players,
record the match results, and save the standings.
After you save a template,
it will appear at the bottom
of the tournament list marked as [template].
A template can be edited just like any other tournament (change
the names, add or delete events and brackets, etc.), but it
has no players or match results.
