The
Tournament List
When you have several
tournaments saved, your tournament list will look something
like this:

The list normally
displays
only the 15 most recent (sorted with the latest date at
the top). You can view the other tournaments by using the
selection
menu at the top of the form. Clicking the Date column will
re-sort with the most recent at the bottom.
To edit a tournament
or template, click the name in the tournament list. To edit
an event, click the name in the Event list. Likewise for brackets.
Any club data (names, dates, match results, standings, master
points, etc.) can be changed at any time.
Deleting...
Items can be deleted
only if there is no related underlying data or structure. A
delete button will appear if it's OK to remove something:

You cannot:
- Delete bracket
players that have matches recorded.
- Delete brackets
the have players
- Delete events that
have brackets
In practice, you will
rarely need to delete anything. The exception might be
to change the structure of a tournament template. The system
was purposely designed to make it easy to get the data in,
and quite difficult to accidentally remove data (perhaps
to keep a sleepy director from wiping out a large
set of match results for a big event and having to do it all
over).
It is possible to
delete bracket players once
you've entered match data for a bracket. In that case, you
would have to go to the match editing page and
clear the match results - one round at a time starting at the
highest round (click the round # column to edit a particular
round) - setting all the match results to blank.
When all the results are cleared you can go back to the bracket
player list and delete the players.
