Click the Tournaments link on the main menu to open the Tournament Manager. At the top of the page is the Add Tournament form. Type a name and date(s) and press the Add Tournament button.

This will create a new tournament and open the Tournament Editor page. At the top of the page is a form that can be used to change the tournament name, dates, or add some comments. At the bottom is the Add Event form:

Enter an Event Name, set the Level, Type, MP Bonus (master point multiplier), and then click the Add Event button to open the Event Editor page. As in the previous page, there's a form at the top of the page to edit Event info. At the bottom is the Add Bracket form. Type a bracket name, set the default match length, and click the Add Bracket button:

Three names and 3 clicks later we have a tournament with one event and one bracket. All that's left is to add some players and record the match results.
