Player List Manager previous - next

After you've added a few players and perhaps saved a couple of tournaments, your club player list will look something like this:

This list can be sorted by Name, Location, Level, etc. by clicking the column headers. Individual player info can be edited by clicking on the player's name.

The search box is useful with a large player list. You can search by first name or last name, just type a few letters or a couple of words, and the list will show only names that contain the search words. Reset clears the search.

The "show" menu selects active, inactive, or all club players. The "last event played" menu filters the list by when a player last played at your club, very handy for deciding who to move to inactive status. The last event dates apply only to events where standings are saved.

The List Editor

Occasionally you may want to edit several players at once, or perhaps deactivate some players who haven't played in a couple of years. Of course, you could do this one player at a time by clicking each player name. But there's an easier way, just click the Open List Editor link:

Here you can reset Active status, Location, Level, and alt Lists for any number of players all in one pass. Just remember to click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the form.
