Home & Help

At the top of each page are the Home and Help links. The Home link will take you directly to the main program menu. The Help link will open a new window with the appropriate User Guide page.

Navigation Links

All program links are dark blue, like the Add New Player link in the page above. Links just below the page title navigate forward or backward to related program pages.

Sorting Links

Some lists can be sorted by column. Clicking the Club Rating link in the example above would re-sort the list by player rating.

Editing Links

Individual list items can be edited by clicking the name. The Janice Ondabar link in the example above would open the Edit Info page for player "Janice Ondabar".

Very Important!
Save your edited form data...

Any time you make changes to an editing form, be sure to click the Save or Update button (usually at the bottom of the form). If you click any other page link before updating the form, your changes will not be saved to the database.

In this example, if you click the Return to Bracket Player List link at the top of the page without first saving the match results, your edits on this round will be lost. After a successful save, a status message will appear beneath the page title to verify the update.

Date Formats

When entering dates you can use any of the common date formats:

6/23/04 = Jun 23, 2004 = 23 Jun 2004 = 23.6.2004 = 2004-06-23

Dates are displayed using the Date Format Preference setting in the Club Info page.
